ShaDonna "Mo" McPhaul is the founder of The ShaDonna M. McPhaul Success Academy, a Service-Disabled Veteran, Woman, and Minority Entrepreneur with over 20 years of leadership experience in the U.S. Air Force. After retiring from the military, ShaDonna founded the academy to address the challenges faced by veterans, service members, and their families, providing them with pathways to stable housing, employment, and financial independence.

With a passion for workforce development, leadership training, and community empowerment, ShaDonna’s mission is to bridge the gap between military service and civilian success. As a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned, Woman-Owned, and Minority Business Enterprise, she is dedicated to creating opportunities for underserved communities and helping individuals achieve lasting stability.
